  3. Upload Documents: When the subcontractor clicks on the link, they are directed to a dedicated page where they can upload their insurance documents. The interface is user-friendly, allowing for easy drag-and-drop functionality.
  4. Track and Notify: Once the documents are uploaded, the head contractor can access them instantly through the 1Breadcrumb platform. The tool can also track the expiry dates of these documents, sending automated notifications to notify the project team when renewals are due.

This straightforward workflow eliminates the need for back-and-forth emails and manual tracking, making the entire process more efficient and reliable.
